1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
3 to 4 chopped green chillies
1 small bowl chopped capsicum
1 small bowl chopped french beans
1 small bowl green peas (hare matar)
3 medium size boiled massed potatoes
200 gm grated paneer
1 small bowl chopped coriander
2 to 3 tbsp bread crumbs
2 to 3 tbsp corn flour
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur powder)
1 tsp garlic powder/garlic paste
Salt to taste
Cashew nuts
Oil for frying
