Make a Chimmi sauce by combining equal parts mayonnaise and ketchup, adding Worcestershire sauce and orange juice.
In a food processor, add red onion, green bell pepper, garlic, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, then pulse until it forms a paste.
Mix the paste with ground beef using clean hands.
Form the beef mixture into a patty in the shape of a bun.
Grill the patty on a grill pan along with sliced tomatoes and red onions.
Toast the bun lightly.
Mix shredded cabbage with some of the Chimmi sauce.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled patty on the toasted bun, adding grilled onions, tomatoes, and the cabbage mixture topped with more Chimmi sauce.
Optional: add an overeasy egg on top of the sandwich.
