Add slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
Drizzle with hot sauce to taste.
Garnish with chopped cilantro, diced onion, and tomato.
Squeeze lime juice over the filled tortillas.
Fold each tortilla in half to create a pocket.
Serve warm with additional hot sauce on the side.
