In a large mixing bowl, add room temperature full fat cream cheese and icing sugar, then add the cooled melted Kinder chocolate.
Mix together with an electric mixer until smooth but thick, ensuring not to overmix.
Scoop the cheesecake filling onto the biscuit base and smooth it out with the back of a spoon.
Prepare the ganache by combining broken Kinder chocolate and double cream in a microwave-safe jug, then heat in the microwave for about one minute.
Let the ganache stand for a couple of minutes, then stir gently to avoid air bubbles until smooth and pourable.
Pour the ganache over the cheesecake filling and spread evenly to cover the entire surface.
Top with pieces of Kinder Weno, placing them evenly across the cheesecake.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for best texture before slicing into pieces.
