200 gr. de setas
AOVE (aceite de oliva virgen extra)

1 vaso de vino blanco
2-2,2 l. de caldo de verduras
200 gr queso

Hacemos un sofrito con la cebolla, el ajo y el puerro y cuando esté todo bien pochado, le añadimos el jamón serrano y removemos todo bien durante 1 minuto.

Añadimos el vaso de vino blanco y removemos todo bien durante un par de minutos.

Añadimos el arroz y rehogamos todo y es cuando le vamos añadiendo el caldo poco a poco sin parar de remover. Desde que echamos el arroz calculamos 20 minutos.

Finalmente añadimos el queso, apagamos el fuego y removemos.

Dejamos asentar todo 5 minutos y servimos caliente.
