Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Boil 4 chicken breasts until cooked, then cut them up.

Spray a 9 by 13 casserole dish lightly with cooking spray.

Layer all the cut-up chicken in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Pour the melted butter over the chicken.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of milk, whisking until smooth.

Pour the flour and milk mixture over the chicken and butter in the casserole dish.

Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup on top of the mixture.

Add 2 cups of chicken broth, using some broth from boiling the chicken if needed.

Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 1 hour, or until browned to your liking.
