500g beef mince

1 tin tomatos (diced)
1 tin of black beans

1-2 teaspoons cumin
1-2 teaspoons corriander
1-2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 packet of 'mingle chipotle seasoning'

2 chicken breasts- diced
2 carrots sliced
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
2-4 Tablespoons seeded mustard
1/4 cup Honey
300ml cream
1 capsicum sliced
1 kg meatballs

Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling the peeled and chopped white potatoes in water with salt until tender. Drain and mash with butter and cream to desired consistency.

For the mushroom risotto, sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic in butter, then add Arborio rice and cook for a few minutes. Gradually add chicken stock while stirring until the rice is creamy. Stir in parmesan cheese and white wine before serving.
