Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- 3Place the Italian sausage links on a large sheet pan and surround them with the seasoned peppers and onions.
- 4Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- 5Remove the sheet pan from the oven and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the sausages and vegetables.
