1 can (12 oz) La Fe Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup dark rum (optional)
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Heat evaporated milk, whole milk, and cinnamon over medium-low heat until warm (do not boil).

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until smooth. Slowly pour in the warm milk mixture while whisking.

Return to low heat and cook gently, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.

Remove from heat. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well.
