Immerse the aburaage in hot water, then wrap it in a paper towel to remove excess oil and water.

Peel the daikon and cut it into long sticks, keeping them longer to prevent breaking during cooking.

Heat cooking oil in a deep pot and lightly stir-fry the daikon sticks.
