Slice 3 roma tomatoes in half, remove the seeds, finely chop them, and add them to the bowl.

Cut 2 medium-sized avocados in half, and serrate the inside into chunks before scooping into a separate bowl.

Mash the avocados until creamy using a fork or potato masher.

Add 1/4 cup of zero fat greek yogurt to the mashed avocados and combine thoroughly.

Combine all the ingredients from the mixing bowl into the mashed avocado and mix thoroughly.
