4 tablespoons lemon zest
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon coffee

0.5 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup flour

Heat a kadai on medium flame.

Add 1.5 liters of milk to the kadai and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add 5 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Add 4 tablespoons of crushed nuts and 4 tablespoons of lemon zest, mixing everything together.

Cook on low to medium flame for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool completely.

In a separate bowl, take 1 cup of cream and whip it using a hand whisk for about 5 minutes until fluffy.

Gradually add the cooled milk mixture to the whipped cream, mixing gently until combined.

Transfer the mixture into a plastic mold, cover with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals, and freeze for 6-7 hours.

Once frozen, scoop out and serve.
