1 ripe avocado
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic (or 2 small cloves)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp oil
1-3 Tbsp water

Cut open the avocado and scoop out the seed.

Scoop out the dark green flesh of the avocado.

Add 1 1/2 Tbsp of lime juice to the blender.

Add 1/2 cup of rough chopped cilantro, including the stems.

Add 1 clove of garlic (or 2 small cloves) to the blender.

Add 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp of black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the blender.

Add 1 Tbsp of oil for creaminess.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Add 1-3 Tbsp of water to thin it out, blending again until desired consistency is reached.

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
