In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1 cup of whole milk.
In another bowl, mix together 2 cups of self-rising flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 0.5 teaspoons Accent seasoning, 4 tablespoons powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons powdered whipped cream, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons sweet paprika.
Set up a breading station with the egg mixture and flour mixture ready.
Take the brined chicken pieces, dip them in the egg mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to about 325°F to 350°F for frying the nuggets.
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan to maintain oil temperature.
Use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the chicken, ensuring it is cooked through and not pink inside.
Fry the nuggets until they are golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
