1

Whisk ranch seasoning mix, buttermilk, and mayonnaise together in a bowl until smooth. Store it in the refrigerator.

2

In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, ketchup, Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Adjust spices to your preference and store it in the refrigerator.

3

Drain pickles and lay them on paper towels. Cover with another paper towel and gently pat dry to remove excess moisture.

4

In the first bowl, beat one egg. In the second bowl, mix together flour, panko breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. You can also add garlic powder if desired.

5

Dip each pickle slice into the beaten egg, then dredge evenly in the seasoned flour and breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure coating adheres.

6

Heat your oil to around 350–375°F (175–190°C). Fry breaded pickles in small batches until golden and crispy. Transfer fried pickles onto a cooling rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
