Mix all ingredients together gently.
Cut the Grand's biscuits into quarters.
Add the biscuit pieces to the chicken mixture and toss gently.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with an additional 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Place the casserole dish on a baking sheet to catch any overflow.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Set the timer for 35-45 minutes and bake until cooked through.
