1/4 th teaspoon hing (asafoetida)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon bhaja masala
