Oats provide a healthier option while crushed crackers are often less expensive.

Avocado oil is healthier, while canola oil is a cost-effective alternative.

Bake fish for 5 minutes on 350 just until done. Do not over bake.

Once done, flake apart with a fork and allow fish to slightly cool.

Add in all other ingredients and mix well.

Form into patties and fry in vegetable oil or oil of choice. Patties can be dusted in flour before frying if desired.

Fry until golden brown on each side and serve hot with your favorite side and sauce.
