1 large egg
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1/4 cup milk powder (30g)
3 and 1/2 cup bread flour (440g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup butter (55g) unsalted
15 pieces of salted butter sticks, about 15 grams each

In a bowl, mix together milk, egg, sugar, yeast and milk powder.

Add butter and mix until fully absorbed. Knead until smooth.

Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

Transfer to a floured counter. Divide into 15 equal portions. Roll into a cone shape. Cover for 10 minutes.

Flatten each dough into a long triangle using a rolling pin. Place butter sticks and roll tightly.

Place on a sheet pan. Cover for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 190ยบC or 375ยบF.

Spray with and top with salt. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
