Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) with the rack in the center.
In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix the dry ingredients together using hands until well combined.
Add fresh ground black pepper to the mixture and mix through.
Drizzle olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture and toss to combine.
In another bowl, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and moisten the tilapia fillets in it.
Pat the breadcrumb mixture onto each side of the tilapia fillets, pressing it in nicely.
Place the crusted tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer; it should be at least 140°F (60°C).
If not browned enough, place under the broiler for about 1 minute to achieve extra crispiness.
