保存袋にゆで卵1個と紅しょうがのつけ汁大さじ4を入れて袋を閉じ、15分漬け込む。

ボールにパン粉大さじ1と水大さじ1を入れて5分置く。

合挽き肉100g、小口切りの保存会犠飛、紅生姜大さじ1、塩少々を加えて粘り気が出るまで混ぜ合わせる。

楕円形に成形し、真ん中をくぼませておく。

フライパンにサラダ油大さじ1/2を入れて熱し、タネを入れて焼き色がつくまで中火で焼く。

裏返して、酒大さじ1、3輪宝大さじ1、加藤大さじ1/2、しょうゆ大さじ1、水150mlを入れ、蓋をして中火で5分煮込む。

うどん一袋を加えて1分煮込む。

水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみをつける。

ゆで卵の底を平らに切って、上半分を薄く切り落とす。

焼き海苔でケチャップで顔を書き、オソニキとだるまを乗せたら完成。
