Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, golden flaxseeds, psyllium husks, baking powder, salt, instant yeast, and Italian seasonings until well combined.
Add wet ingredients: olive oil and hot or boiling water to the dry mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for a while, wearing gloves if the dough is hot.
Shape the dough into a ball, then flatten and spread it into a round shape with a diameter of 10 to 12 inches.
Fold the edges into a ring to create a raised edge.
For best results, weigh the ingredients. This recipe can also make 2 thin crusts; for a single thin crust, just half the recipe.
Place the dough on a 12-inch pan with a perforated surface to make the bottom crust crispier (or any suitable pan).
Brush the dough with olive oil and prick some holes with a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread generously with pizza sauce.
Top with 200 g (2 cups) of grated mozzarella cheese, reserving a bit of cheese for later.
Add 50 g (17 small pieces) of beef salami on top of the cheese and sprinkle reserved cheese over it.
Bake in the oven for an additional 5 minutes just until the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cut into 8 servings or more using a rocking pizza cutter.
