2 cups zucchini

1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
4 slices bread
2 tablespoons garlic butter

Clean the eggplant and slice it.

Salt the eggplant and set aside for 15 minutes to release water.
