1 medium onion, finely chopped
15 cloves garlic
1 medium capsicum, cut into pieces
1 cup green onions

Wash the water chestnuts while they are still in their peel.

Put 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker and boil the water chestnuts for 3 minutes after the first whistle.

Remove the boiled water chestnuts and place them in a plate.

Heat a pan on low medium and add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee.

Add the boiled water chestnuts to the pan and fry them until golden brown for about 5 minutes.

Turn the gas on low medium and stir the onions and garlic until they become golden brown, being careful not to brown them too much.
