8 oz block of feta
1 cup pitted green olives, drained
1 cup pitted black or kalamata olives, drained
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Optional to serve: crusty baguette, sliced and toasted

Heat oven to 350°F.

Add the feta to a medium baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and garlic. Transfer this mixture around the feta block into your baking dish.

Drizzle the oil left at the bottom of the bowl over the feta cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes.
