¾ cup roasted beets
2 oranges, peeled, de-seeded, and segmented
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsps acai powder
2 Cups ice
Sweetener, to taste
½ teaspoon camu berry powder

In a blender, combine the cooked and peeled beetroot, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
