Add 3 cloves of garlic and 1/3 deseeded Surinamese pepper to the blender.
Pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin to the blender.
Include 1 small can of tomato paste and 400 grams of canned diced tomatoes.
Blend everything until smooth.
In a saucepan, add the blended mixture and let it simmer for 9 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and add a can of fine peas.
Add a splash of water if needed and stir well.
