Add 2 tablespoons of light olive oil to a mixing bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a few dashes of pepper to the bowl and mix.
Dump in 16 oz of frozen hash browns and stir to coat with the oil mixture.
Prepare the air fryer tray with parchment paper to prevent hash browns from falling through.
Spread the hash browns in the air fryer tray and set it to cook for 15 minutes at 385°F, checking halfway to shake them around.
Once crispy, transfer the hash browns to a bowl and set aside.
In a hexclad pan, add a small amount of light olive oil and 1/2 pound of turkey sausage, breaking it up as it cooks.
Season the turkey sausage with salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder; cook until no longer pink.
Transfer the cooked sausage to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
In a small saucepan, add 1/2 cup of water, black beans, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt; stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
In the hexclad pan, heat it on medium-low for 2-3 minutes before adding 1 teaspoon of butter and cracking in 1 egg.
Season the egg with 2 dashes of salt and 2 dashes of pepper; cook until the egg white is lightly toasted and the yolk is soft.
Transfer the cooked egg to a plate.
Assemble the bowl starting with a scoop of hash browns, followed by black beans, turkey sausage, and the cooked egg on top.
Sprinkle cheese, add fresh tomatoes, 2 wedges of avocado, and a squirt of fresh lime juice on top.
Break the yolk to let it ooze over the ingredients.
