Prepare the glaze by mixing 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional).
Mix the glaze thoroughly.
Place the ham on a tray; optionally add vegetables or herbs like rosemary or thyme underneath for extra flavor.
Brush the glaze over the ham.
Bake the ham at 170°C (338°F) for 1.5 hours, basting every 10 minutes.
After baking, slice the ham from the bone and serve.
