Green Goddess Hummus

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup parsley
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
