Green Goddess Hummus

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, and chives)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
water as needed for consistency

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
