Traditionally enjoyed as a snack or appetizer, this dish showcases the vibrant flavors of spinach and feta wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry. It embodies the Mediterranean diet's emphasis on fresh ingredients and healthy fats. Today, variations can be found across the globe, with many adapting the filling to include other vegetables or herbs, making it a versatile dish loved by many.
