How to make Roasted Garlic...Superfood !

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Select larger garlic bulbs from the grocery store.

Using a serrated bread knife, cut off the top quarter of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves.

Scrunch up aluminum foil and place it in a baking tin.

Set the garlic bulbs into the foil, ensuring the tops are level.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil over the garlic bulbs.

Pour olive oil over the exposed cloves, allowing it to soak in.

Place the baking tin in the middle of the oven and roast for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before squeezing the roasted garlic out of their skins.
