Crack two eggs into a bowl.
Season with a quarter teaspoon of salt.
Whisk the eggs until well mixed.
Add 120 grams (½ cup) of sugar and continue stirring until completely combined with the eggs.
Add 80 ml (⅓ cup) of olive oil and mix well again.
Add 100 ml (⅓ cup) of milk and mix everything well.
Add 180 grams (1½ cups) of all-purpose flour and sprinkle in 10 grams (2 teaspoons) of baking powder.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth, forming a dough without lumps.
Cut off the sides of a large apple to remove the core.
Cut the apple lengthwise into slices, then cut the slices into small cubes.
Place the finely sliced apples in a deep bowl.
Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar to the apples.
Mix everything well until thoroughly blended.
Add the diced apples to the bowl with the dough and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Line the basket of the air fryer with baking paper and spray with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Place the batter in the basket of the air fryer, distributing it evenly.
Place the basket in the air fryer and bake at 160 °C (320 °F) for about 25 minutes.
Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer after baking.
Cover the air fryer basket with a cutting board and turn it upside down to remove the basket and baking paper.
Check the underside; if not cooked, place the pie back into the basket.
Place the basket back into the air fryer and continue baking at 160 °C (320 °F) for about 10 minutes.
Remove the basket from the air fryer after the time is up and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
