Pour 2.5 deciliters of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add 190 grams of porridge rice to the boiling water and let it boil for about 2 minutes until all the water has evaporated.
Pour in 4 cups of whole milk and bring it to a boil.
Turn down the heat to medium high, cover with a lid, and stir every two minutes.
Cook for 35 minutes to an hour, stirring more often as it thickens.
Once it has the right consistency, add a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
Prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing 3 tablespoons of sugar with 3 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Serve the porridge with a good amount of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
