Cajun Pasta

2 baby bell peppers
1/2 yellow onion
4 tsp of creole seasoning
1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
1 can of coconut milk
12 ounces of ahi tuna steak
1/2 cup of andouille sausage
1/2 box of fettuccine pasta
4 tbsp of cooking oil

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

Add the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
