2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb steak, sliced
1 lime, juiced
3 tablespoons shoyu soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 aji amarillo pepper, sliced
