Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. 2Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. 3In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring until combined.
  5. 5Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in half of the Gruyรจre and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. 6Place the blanched cauliflower in the greased baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over it, ensuring the florets are well coated.
