Start by gathering all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
For the glaze, mix together 3/4 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon of ginger in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of cherry juice to the mixture, followed by 3/4 cup of pineapple juice.
In a separate bowl, combine another cup of brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, then stir until well combined.
Take the ham and score it by cutting slits about 1 inch deep in a diamond pattern.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard over the scored ham to help the glaze stick.
Pack the brown sugar mixture onto the ham until it is fully coated.
Cover the ham with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to marinate.
After marinating, place pineapple slices and maraschino cherries on top of the ham, securing the cherries with toothpicks.
In a saucepan, melt 1/2 stick of butter over medium heat, then add the cup of brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add in 1/2 cup of honey, followed by the spices (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and ground cloves), and stir until mixed.
Pour in the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cherry juice, then add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir together.
Let the sauce thicken slightly, then transfer it to the bottom of a roasting pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the ham in the oven for about 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes.
