Add ginger-garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder (optional) to the spice mix.

3

Add salt to taste and mix well.

4

Marinate the chicken with the spice mix for 1 hour.

In a heated pan, add ghee and fry 25 almonds, pistachios, and cashews until slightly golden, then set aside.

In the same pan, add 2 medium chopped onions and sauté until they turn pink.

Add the marinated chicken and brown it on high flame for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

8

Add 3 large chopped tomatoes and sauté until they soften.

Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
