Mexican Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
8 corn tortillas, cut into strips
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, salsa, sour cream, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips on the bottom.

Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortilla strips, then sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla strips, chicken mixture, and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
