Mexican Chicken Casserole

Put shredded chicken in a bowl.

Add a can of cream of chicken soup.

Add a can of shoe peg corn.

Add a can of Rotel.

Add a can of black beans.

Add 1 cup of sour cream.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cumin.

Add salt and pepper.

Mix everything together well, ensuring cream cheese is spread evenly.

Crush about half of the 11 ounces of Doritos and cover the bottom of the casserole dish with them.

Spoon the chicken mixture on top of the Doritos carefully to avoid disturbing them.

Smooth out the chicken mixture with a spatula.

Sprinkle half a cup of shredded Mexican cheese into the mixture and mix.

Add the remaining half cup of shredded Mexican cheese on top of the mixture.

Add the remaining Doritos on top without crushing them as much.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bake for 20 minutes.
