6 liters water

Place 1 kg of beef bones into a large pot.

Add 6 liters of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Simmer the beef bones to create a rich stock.

Chop onion, celery, and chili dulce, and prepare other vegetables like carrots, potatoes, yucca, and chayote.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pot along with rinsed sweet corn.
