Juice of 2 small Lemons
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 ½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Meat Tenderiser - optional
1 Tsp Hot Chilli
2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Paprika Flakes
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp BBQ Spice
