Whip egg whites until they form a meringue foam, ensuring no yolk is present.
Slowly add caster sugar while whipping the egg whites.
Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave.
Add egg yolks to the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
Add fresh milk and cocoa powder to the egg yolk mixture and whisk well.
In a separate bowl, combine baking powder with all-purpose flour.
Fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture carefully to maintain the foam.
Pour the batter into a 7-inch round baking pan and tap it to settle.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes.
Once baked, poke holes in the cake using skewers to allow the milk mixture to soak in.
Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour to cool.
Prepare the milk mixture by combining fresh milk and condensed milk.
Pour the milk mixture over the cake, ensuring it soaks in but not too much to make it soggy.
Whip heavy cream until desired consistency is reached for frosting.
Mix chocolate sauce into the whipped cream for flavor.
Frost the cooled cake with the whipped cream mixture.
Let the frosted cake cool for an additional 10-15 minutes before adding ganache.
Prepare ganache using equal parts of dark chocolate and whipped cream.
Spread ganache over the frosted cake.
Decorate the sides of the cake with walnuts and almonds.
