2 boxes Jiffy Corn bread mix
1 pkg breakfast sausage links
1 small green pepper
½ onion
12 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
½ stick of butter

Make cornbread mixture according to package directions.

Spread half of mixture on the bottom of a dutch oven or casserole dish.

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper and spread evenly over the corn bread mixture.

Partially scramble 10 eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper) and spread over the sausage mixture.

Top with remaining cornbread mixture.

Dot with butter.

Bake, uncovered in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the cornbread is a golden brown.
