Prepare 25 charcoal briquettes for cooking.
Sprinkle the diced ham on the bottom of the Dutch oven.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of milk, 4 eggs, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of Bisquick baking mix.
Pour the mixture over the ham in the Dutch oven.
Place 8 charcoal briquettes under the Dutch oven and 17 on top.
Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and cooked through.
Serve and enjoy your Dutch oven breakfast quiche.
