Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Place feta into a small baking dish.

Add olives and sun-dried tomatoes to the baking dish around the feta.

In a dish combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste. Add to the block of feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes until feta is brown. Please keep a sharp eye on the feta when broiling....it can go south on you pretty fast.

Garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
