Mash in the grains to extract sugars.
Monitor pH levels during the mash process.
Boil the wort and add the first hops at the beginning of the boil.
Add the second hops at a later stage during the boil.
Chill the wort and fill the fermenter with the cooled liquid.
Ferment the beer for 7 days.
Perform a diacetyl rest for 2 days.
Cold crash and condition the beer for 17 days.
Keg the beer and prepare for tasting.
