Blue Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

12 large mushrooms
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and bacon mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
